We only offer advice on select projects. We do not sell any merchandise vis-a-vis phone calls, soliciting e-mails, our Website, or via the U.S. mail.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

Evaluation fees are non-refundable. Once the editing process has begun, the doc fee can not be refunded. Note: We can refuse to accept a project per the time demands of our schedule. If we are unable to fully complete a project on time (per an agreed to mail-back time stamp) . . .

We will either ask for a week's extension . . .

Or all of the doc fee will be refunded in full.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

1) If you have a question, send us an e-mail.

2) Our consulting time bills at $100/hour; but we are, of course, willing to answer a few quick questions for free -- if and when we have the time to do so.

Note: No one will ever be billed a consulting fee without having first agreed to our billing policy per a specific price quote (via e-mail).

3) We reserve the right to not reply to any e-mails at anytime.

If you do not hear back from us, sometimes it is possible that our spam filters have erroneously deleted an important e-mail.

If so, try back within a few days. During normal circumstances, we do attempt to answer most reasonable e-mails per a fairly quick turnaround time.
